Valentine's Day Spelling List: Play Games or Print a Valentine's Word Search

Did you know that you can import Valentine's Day words into your account to populate games and create a Valentine's Day word search?  We have other holiday-themed lists as well.  You can also create your own lists for added fun.  Our spelling program is completely flexible.  If you don't want to use Valentine's words, you can make a spring-themed spelling list instead.

How to Import the Valentine's Day Spelling List

To import the Valentine's Day List or any other themed list, login as a teacher and go to Manage Lists > Import / Copy Our Lists, Look under Spelling Stars for Themed Lists, and select the list you want to import.

Editing the Valentine's Day Spelling List

If some words are too easy or hard, you can edit those by clicking on the edit link next to the word.  Replace the sentence if you like as well.  You can also delete words that you don't want.

Assign the List

Once you import the list, assign it to your students as usual (Assign List > Assign List for Practice and Games).  Upon login, they will see the Valentine's Day list in their To-Do List.

Valentine's Day Word Search, Fill in the Blank Worksheets

To print a Valentine's Day Word Search, Fill in the Blank Worksheet or Multiple Choice Worksheet, go to Handouts > Word Search, and then select the Valentine's Day list. if you want an easy, medium, or hard word search, then click the print button and print your worksheets.
